Shipping Policy

We ship all items within 24 working hours with the selected courier partner at time of checkout by customer. If customer location is not delivering by courier service then We will use Courier service which are suitable to deliver items to customers location in reasonable time. If for any reason we are unable to ship order within 7 working days, we will process refund full amount in 5 working days.

For Item/Product Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your order any time before it has shipped, we will refund 100% of total amount in 3 to 5 working days.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or defective then, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • We shall not be responsible for any damage occurred during transportation.

For items/product’s returned/refund

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with nominal charge of courier. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

All refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving returned product. It will remain the customer’s responsibility to return the product in unused condition. There should not be any signs of wear and tear on either the product or the box to be eligible for a refund.
